Priya writes the same board commentary every month. The numbers change; the reasoning, the tone and the rules do not. She could paste it all into a chat window — and then do it again next month, and re-explain every convention, because the chat window will have forgotten.
The next five screens show the alternative: the rules held once, the work done to them on a schedule, and — the part that matters — what happens after she corrects it.
